The PBR (Permit By Rule - An alternative permitting process for PTC that has been simplified and has a lower fee) took effect June 15, 2001. This rule applies to any combination of portable equipment used to grind or crush minerals that are nonmetallic such as: sand and cement. The operation / operations you provide must not exceed 12 months at any single site.
